A very nice coopered cachepot or jardinière in wood, copper and brass.
This cachepot is constructed out of wooden staves bound by brass bands with copper rivets and is fitted with ring handles and raised on small brass feet. Most probably Dutch or Belgian, late 19th century or early 20th century.
Great patina and a well lived appearance, with some wooden parts lowered opposed to their original position.
Comes in original condition with a very good patina on both the wood and brass.
