SOLD - Set of 4 Ibisco Chairs in Two Tone Leather and Beech Italy 1970s
This is a very nice set of 4 dining chairs in beech and leather made by Ibisco Sedie in Italy, 1970s.
Great design with strong hints to the famous ‘Monk’ chairs by Afra and Tobia Scarpa. Although they show the same vibes, these chairs by Ibisco do have a very good design on their own and stand on the same level as the famous Monks. They both are quintessentially mid century Italian seating.
A high quality design with lots of fabulous details like the sturdy stance, rounded shapes, the ‘hanging’ leather and the elegant stitching.
Our set shows a playful design with the thick saddle leather in a nice two tone application. The set started life as two tone, so this has nothing to do with two of them standing in the sun. We believe it is a nice and elegant combination of the two leather colors.
The set comes in a very good and original condition.
