This is a truly remarkable and very comfortable lounge chair in solid oak from the early 1980s.
An anthroposophical design by Dutch artist Wim Mulder, this chair is designed in a very personal and ergonomic fashion - every chair coming out of his workshop is a little bit different. This chair is an early version of the design and shows a wonderful aged solid oak frame. It is reupholstered in sheepskin, enhancing the comfort even more. The solid oak shows a wonderful color and grain, creating a pleasing contrast with the off-white sheepskin. It is a very unique design with its pointy armrests and boxy shape - skillfully designed and made.
Comes in a very good condition with minor signs of age and use - seat reupholstered.
